1. No single program gets rid of every single virus or nasty
So follow the checklist below!


2. Don't be afraid of any of these programs together they work very well! and they are free or donateware!


3. If you have AntiVir running while you do Housecall you create
what is known in the military as a "Pincer Attack"

Most of the time these two programs running together force 
viruses to show themselves. When normally individual scans
would show nothing. Why? I have no idea, but it works!

Remove Spyware, Adware, keyloggers, Hijackers and more

3.   Run SpyBot Search and Destroy
    Remove Spyware, Dialers, Hijackers, Trojans and more

4.   Run Ad-Aware SE
    Remove Trojans, Malware, Hijackers and Tracking Cookies

5.   Run AntiVir Antivirus Software
    Destroy Trojans Viruses and more - This is far better than Norton or McAfee Sorry guys! Your software has destroyed more than one of my computers

6.   Run the Free Online "Housecall" Antivirus scan from Trend Micro
    Scans and removes viruses and Spyware

7.   Run HijackThis
    This is a program of last resort, but with some one who knows what they are doing this program is invaluable for removing nasties!
